Clinical Lead Physiotherapist
Tom has a Masters Degree in Physiotherapy and a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Exercise Science. During his career he has gained experience in Musculoskeletal and Neurological Physiotherapy within the NHS and within a Police Rehabilitation Centre. Tom has completed advanced training in Shockwave Therapy, EMTT, Dry Needling, and the diagnosis and management of Rheumatological conditions.
Tom has extensive experience in Private Practice, progressing to working at Clinical Lead level and is heavily involved in the training of other clinicians and students.
Tom has taken a special interest in Sports and Running injuries, back pain, shoulder pain, tendon pathologies, foot and ankle injuries, as well as adolescent and paediatric injuries.Tom is highly skilled in gait analysis and the prescription of custom foot orthoses and is currently undertaking a course to become a UESCA Certified Ultra-Running Coach.
Outside of work, you can find Tom enjoying the outdoors either running, hiking or cycling. He enjoys playing football and golf. He loves watching sports, cooking, and attending music festivals.
Tom is a member of the HCPC and MACP (Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists).

Senior Sports Rehabilitator
Connor is our Sports Rehabilitator and an expert when it comes to treating sports injuries, back pain and arthritis. Connor has previously worked with many professional clubs and athletes before coming to Cornwall Physio such as Plymouth Argyle, The Plymouth City Patriots Basketball Team and Team GB Paralympians. Connor is great at treating backs, necks and shoulders and excels at lower limb rehab. He’s your man if you need help fixing a sore lower back or neck, a tight Achilles, a sprained ankle, plantar fasciitis or sore knees!
In addition to his Sports Injury and Rehabilitation qualifications, Connor is one of our Regenerative Therapy specialists, having completed advanced training with Venn Healthcare in the latest regenerative techniques for treating complex tendon, bone, and joint conditions. Connor can help with every step of your journey, from healing to getting moving, to staying well for the long-term.
Connor is a keen footballer and loves working on return-to-sport rehab with our cross fitters, golfers, footballers and runners.

Senior Chartered Physiotherapist
Chris graduated from the University of Brighton with a degree in Physiotherapy and brings extensive experience in private practice, having built a strong reputation at a leading clinic in Outer London where he also played a key role in teaching and mentoring the clinical team. His move to Cornwall Physio reflects his commitment to providing the highest standard of evidence-based care in a clinic that shares his values.
His own experience of chronic low back pain gives Chris a rare and genuine understanding of what it means to live with persistent pain. That personal insight, combined with his clinical expertise, makes him exceptionally well placed to help patients navigate complex and frustrating conditions.
Chris has completed advanced postgraduate training in Radial Pressure Wave Therapy, Focused Shockwave Therapy and Extracorporeal Magnetotransduction Therapy (EMTT), ensuring his patients benefit from the very latest treatment technologies.
His areas of special interest include chronic back pain, tendon injuries and tendinopathy, osteoarthritis, and post-surgery rehabilitation. He also has a particular passion for helping older adults build strength to protect bone and joint health, and maintain the independence that matters most to them.
Above all, Chris is driven by understanding what is important to each patient and working collaboratively to get them there. Whether you are recovering from surgery, managing a long-term condition, or looking to get back to the activities you love, Chris will work with you every step of the way.
Outside of the clinic, Chris is an avid hiker and weightlifter, and a recent (and enthusiastic) convert to running.

Reception / Admin
Dawn has been with Cornwall Physio since it expanded in 2019. She has an extensive background in business admin and has worked in both public and private sectors. “I rode for nearly 30 years, competing and writing in dressage competitions before taking up running”. Dawn also practices yoga regularly, swims and stand up paddle boards! “I try and keep open water swimming all year round, topped up with some weekly pool swims.”
Dawn is a keen trail runner and is well know in the swim-run and trail running communities for volunteer marshalling and providing mobile crew at MudCrew’s RAT and ARC races. “I’ve run a lot of the Cornish trail races and dipped my toe into ultra running, but love supporting runners just as much, especially on the tough Coastpath Ultras we’re lucky enough to have here in Cornwall”.

Victoria has spent the last eight years in the health and wellness industry, working in some of Cornwall’s most prestigious spas and salons. Victoria has dedicated her career to helping clients feel their best. Victoria caught the running bug after watching her friends complete multiple marathons. “I downloaded Couch to 5k last January and now fully understand why running is so popular!” In addition to running, Victoria enjoys practicing yoga and exploring the stunning coastal paths of Cornwall.
