Does arthritis make everyday activities feel like a struggle? Do simple tasks like walking, cooking, or even sleeping leave you feeling worn out? Many people living with Arthritis believe it’s just something they have to “put up with” as they get older. But it doesn’t have to be that way.
At Cornwall Physio, we see patients every day who are frustrated with the stiffness, pain, and limitations arthritis brings. Some worry they’ll never regain the ease of movement they once had. Others wonder:
Why do I have Arthritis?
Will it ever get better?
Is there anything I can do to stop the pain and stiffness?
If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. Many of our arthritis patients tell us they feel much older than their years because of the daily impact of joint pain. Waking up stiff, struggling to move freely, and dealing with disrupted sleep can leave you feeling drained and frustrated.
But here’s the good news: Arthritis doesn’t have to control your life. With the right treatment plan, you can reduce pain, regain mobility, and get back to doing the things you love.
